Check-In and Check-Out
Cottages and Blancobreeze: 4:00 PM. RV sites: 2:00 PM. Your door code or site number will be in your booking confirmation email.
Cottages and Blancobreeze: 11:00 AM. RV sites: 12:00 noon.

Each accommodation has a keypad entry. Your unique door code is included in your booking confirmation email. No key pickup needed.
From Highway 12, take Green Acres Drive to Wayside Drive. Avoid FM 1492 and John Knox Road; neither is built for a big rig. Wayside Drive is paved and RV-friendly the entire way. Enter the address exactly as 630 Wayside Drive, Wimberley, TX 78676.
Pet Policy
Yes. Well-trained, friendly dogs are welcome. Cottages: up to 2 dogs, a third by request, no size or breed limit. Blancobreeze: up to 2 dogs, under 35 lb each. RV sites: no limit, no fee. Pets are by request, so let us know when you book. $50 per dog in the cottages and Blancobreeze, billed after approval. Dogs must be crated if left alone and stay off furniture and beds unless you bring a cover. Dogs must stay on a leash in shared areas, are not allowed at the pool or the pavilion, and guests clean up after them. A small fenced dog park is on site for off-leash play.
No. There is no pet fee for RV site guests.
Yes. There is a small fenced dog park on the Wayside side of the property for off-leash play. The property itself is not fenced. Everywhere else dogs stay on a leash, and they are not allowed at the pool or the pavilion. Dogs must be supervised at all times.
No. Dogs are not allowed at the pool or the pavilion. The fenced dog park is the off-leash spot.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14 or more days before arrival for a full refund. Cancel 7 or more days before arrival for a 50% refund. Cancellations after that are non-refundable.

Fire Rules and Safety
Fire pits are available at select sites. All fires must follow current burn restrictions for Hays County. Check with us before your arrival for the latest status.
No. Fireworks, BB guns, and firearms are prohibited on all Wayside property.
10:00 PM to 8:00 AM across the entire property. We keep it peaceful for everyone.
What to Bring
Yes. All bed linens, pillows, and bath towels are provided in the cottages and Blancobreeze.
No. Pool towels are not provided. Please bring your own.
Each cottage and Blancobreeze has a washer and dryer with detergent provided. RV sites do not have laundry facilities.
No. Paddles and balls are provided at the court. First come, first served.
Amenities
No. The golf simulator is available for an additional fee, and time must be reserved in advance. Call the clubhouse at 512-648-3541 to book your slot.
